Who we are

NoLimit is an Icelandic software and AI studio based in Reykjavík, Iceland. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. For the purposes of EEA data-protection law (GDPR), NoLimit is the data controller for that information.

What we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The message and project details you write to us

What we do not collect

This site has no user accounts, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not run analytics about how you browse the site, and we do not build profiles or sell data to anyone.

How we use your information

We use the details you submit solely to read your enquiry, reply to you, and discuss the work you are asking about. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and storage

We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The site stores a single value in your browser’s local storage to remember whether you have answered the cookie notice, so it is not shown on every visit. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Who we share it with

Your contact-form message is delivered to us through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that processes the submission on our behalf and forwards it to our email. The site is served by our hosting provider, which may process technical data such as IP addresses in standard server logs. We do not share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to carry out work you have asked us to do. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, contact us through the form on this site and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
